Projects may arise anywhere in Iberia. The (Sr) Business Process Consultant will spend 70% of his/her time at the Client´s facilities.

Europe is the key business sector for R&G with 75% of their top tier client based within this geographic location. You will be joining a select team of Consultants and Partners. Globally R&G Global Consultants today consists out of 75 employees and has ambitious plans to grow in the next coming years.
The target market is large projects and these will potentially be in different business areas in time. Even though there is the potential for international travel, there is not the usual expectation to be away from home for long periods. Travelling flexibility is required to facilitate and you should be willing to be away 70% of the weekdays.
As a (Sr) Consultant you will lead projects at our clients within Europe. At the beginning mostly in Spain.
Your main objective as a (Sr) Consultant will be to drive change, which is determined by results in terms of:
· Initiating and leading business projects delivering measureable business impact, including stakeholder management, team leadership, driving operating mechanisms and communication
· Coaching and mentoring client team members and leadership on process improvement
· Delivering process improvement as well as change management training to clients
· Actively Support Business Development activities.
Given the current team and work style, you will be close to the action and free to operate without the political issues that often frustrate in many larger organizations.
You are seen as the change agent who takes the lead in achieving breakthrough results. Your quality is to challenge the status quo and to bring back accountability in the organization. Not at least by showing example behavior yourself.

Depending on your knowledge and experience level it is possible to start as a Consultant or Senior Consultant. Senior Consultants have the opportunity to grow to Program Management and/or Partner level. As a Program Manager you are in charge of a comprehensive operational excellence program with multiple projects/activities for several locations of the same customer. Normally more consultants are involved which gives you the possibility to further expand your leadership capabilities.
You are expected to deliver 80% “billable” time. Most of this will be spent on customer site and the rest working from home or internal meetings. The expected assignments will be in Spain not excluding other countries.
