We are looking an Area Sales Manager for an Int. Hotel Chain, with properties located at Indian Ocean and Africa.
Working from Area Regional Offices in Male, Sheychelles.
Ideal candidate should provide at least 5 years experience in African and Indian Ocean luxury marketplaces, focused mainly in Leisure Segment.
Responsible for all sales influenced segments and driving strategy in line with the commercial plan to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Leads the development of all accounts across the hotels of responsibility and actively maintain key customer relationships.
Drive effective sales planning. Implement effective targets through SIP to drive on going performance of all sales team members.
Responsible for coaching, development and progression planning for team members.
Jointly responsible for sales sensitive segment pricing strategy process.
Working with and influencing key internal stakeholders from multiple hotels through the on property sales manager.
Responsible for driving and networking the HWS offices to drive incremental revenue into the Hotels in their area of remit.
