Management of the VIP Lounge Team in consultation with the Guest Experience Manager
◾Guests of the VIP Lounge
◾Collaboration with the F & B Outlets
◾Introduction of new employees
◾Participations at all department-relevant meetings
◾Follow-up the quality standards
