A high-profile family in the Middle East is seeking an experienced and creative Private Chef specializing in healthy, nutritious, and balanced cuisine. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare daily meals that focus on healthy, nutrient-rich dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
Develop tailored menus emphasizing fresh, organic, and sustainable ingredients, incorporating the family’s dietary needs and preferences.
Ensure meals are aligned with specific health goals, such as weight management, fitness, or overall wellness.
Source premium-quality ingredients, prioritizing organic, farm-to-table, and minimally processed options.
Experiment with and incorporate superfoods, low-calorie alternatives, and innovative cooking techniques to enhance nutritional value.
Accommodate dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, or other specific requirements.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen while adhering to food safety standards.
Support the family’s lifestyle by preparing meals that fuel energy and promote overall health.

Requisitos
Proven experience as a Private Chef, specializing in healthy or wellness-focused cuisine, preferably for high-profile clients.
Formal culinary training or a degree in a relevant field, such as nutrition or culinary arts.
Extensive knowledge of healthy cooking techniques, dietary planning, and nutritional balance.
Proficiency in creating diverse, wholesome dishes from various cuisines, specially Mediterranean.
Familiarity with dietary trends like keto, paleo, plant-based, or intermittent fasting meal plans.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to adapt to a dynamic household schedule.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring meals meet both nutritional and aesthetic expectations.
Discretion and respect for the family’s privacy.
Willingness to relocate to the Middle East and travel when required.
