From MC Headhunting we are looking for a Legal Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience, for an important multinational company of the pharmaceutical sector:
FUNCTIONS:
- Management and follow-up of the area's document archive.
- Invoice control and payment follow-up, at corporate and international level.
- Letters in arrears SAC.
- Manage payment of fees with finance for sweepstakes and promotions.
- Check management.
- Management of the relationship with third parties: follow up of contract returns, organize notary signatures...
- Management of legalizations of all types of documents.
- Various administrative tasks: managing the Legal Director's agenda, booking rooms, answering calls, organizing meetings, arranging transportation and accommodation, support for special projects...
- Organization of events.

Requisitos
- Education: University degree or higher
- Experience: Minimum 5 years performing administrative tasks
- Languages: C1 English, Native Spanish and Catalan high level.
- IT: Advanced level of office automation, as Excel, Word, Power point, etc.
- Knowledge of management and administrative functions.
