We are looking for a Brand Manager/ Operations for Casual Dining Restaurants in Madrid.

You are a driven leader who acknowledge the strength and potential of our General managers and future leaders. You actively coach and guide them in their daily operations to ensure the highest standard and quality.
Your knowledge of the local market and chain driven restaurant concepts contributes to the development, refinement and growth of the brand.

Responsibilities
You are overall responsible for the brand, this includes, but are not limited to:

Economy - Budgets & KPIs
• Sales
• Staff - Hiring & Coaching
• Work environment
• Ensure a high level of service & food quality
• Marketing & Brand awareness
• Implementation of FFRGs world wide, and local, policies
• Upholding of recipes, manuals, branding and any other - by FFRG provided -guidelines, information or regulations
• Developing the brand in cooperation with FFRG
• Operational lead & planning for new establishments
• Supplier proceedings
