Director of sales for a luxury boutique hotel Valencian Community

JCI Talent is recruiting a Director of sales for a luxury boutique hotel located in the Valencian Community.

The Director of Sales will manage the hotel sales plan by leading growth efforts through the different sales channels, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the hotel is competitively positioned within the local marketplace.

Main Tasks
Manage hotel sales plan to ensure it accurately interprets and supports the objectives of the hotel, and create specific goals that boost the sales for all market segments.
Actively participate and complete the preparation of the annual Sales Plan, swiftly implement strategies and tactics to offset changes in markets, economy, or driven by the competitive set
Work closely with the General Manager to identify sales opportunities and develop action plans to achieve them.
Direct and manage the forecasting, producing accurate and timely reports that meet the hotel needs.
Organize comprehensive information describing the range of products and services offered by the hotel and deliver this information through relevant sales resources and sales channels to existing and potential Guests.
Cooperate with other departments in the hotel, to create an exceptional Guest experience building strong and comprehensive sales programs.
Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
Monitor offers, options, and discounts for repeat bookings for groups, congresses, and seminars.
Develop the team through leadership by example, participating in the hiring process, and their development goals.

Requisitos

At least 3 years of experience as Director of Sales working in the Luxury Hotel Business
Ability to work well under time pressure and demanding travel schedules
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Strong leadership skills
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Strong analytical skills
Experience in Revenue
Strong expertise in on line sales channels.
Excellent selling capabilities
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Excellent grooming standards
High level of English.
