We are looking for a young, talented and ambitious chef with culinary experience in South East Asia.

The candidate must have some advanced culinary skills. He or she must also have the ability to manage a team and create a positive and great working environment.

The immersive concept will request as well for the chef to be part of the dining experience interacting with the guests.

This is why the candidate must have a great personality, charisma, energy and must be able to communicate well with dinners.

A 3 Michelin star Chef is collaborating on the project as a consultant to provide all the support needed especially for the cooking training and storytelling to ensure there is seamless harmony between the dishes and the rest of the elements in the experience. With this said however, the chef will be the face and representative of the restaurant, including the marketing, promotion, PR, interviews and social media aspect.
