JCI Talent is recruiting an Executive Chef for a Relais & Châteaux in the south of Ireland.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the entire culinary operation of this luxury boutique hotel, which includes a gastronomic restaurant, breakfast, and events.

Will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent guest and employee experience while seeking customer feedback, training staff, controlling costs, and covering all business needs.

Will lead the hotel’s gastronomic restaurant, in a Michelin Star environment, ensuring that the guests have unforgettable gastronomic experiences.

The ideal profile must have at least 5 years of experience as a Chef or Sous-Chef in gastronomic well-reputed restaurants.
