Are you passionate about working with people? Would you like to be part of an expanding project? MC Headhunting is looking for a Head Of People to join one of the fastest growing startup based in Barcelona.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
- Manage a super-team of 11-15 people leading the areas of Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Analytics, ...
- Hands-on mentality working closely with Operations Directors and being aware of the nature of the business
- Apply consulting mindset (i.e., 360° vision, risk analysis, attention to detail) for rapid decision making and tool rollout
- Perform people ERP installation to help cover the necessary HR areas (e.g., people management, payroll and benefits, talent management, legal compliance, analysis and reporting)
- Understand legal regulations to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company guidelines and governmental regulations
- Work closely with the COO and attend directors/managers committees to define the company's strategy
- Develop the departmental structure for the successful achievement of objectives with a focus on national / international expansion
- Integrate processes and workflows for the correct growth of the company on the basis of solid and structured pillars
- Design the strategy for personnel evaluations and modifications of the HHRR infrastructure
- Standardise HHRR processes and protocols across all the departments, advising and leading on labour agreements, negotiations, hiring, labour costs, employee relations, assessments, training, etc.
- Lead the HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Teams in order to set the basis for their work and ensure that the objectives set by the organisation are accomplished
- Lead and develop a team of 600+ staff ensuring the best working environment and fostering the client's culture and its pillars/principles
- Provide and work on the tools/structure to ensure the company is compliant with labour regulations (ie., PRL; HHRR softwares; etc.)
- Work on the relationship strategy with Directors, Area Manager and SMs -Store Managers- to ensure the smooth running of operations
- Work together with the lawyer on all labour issues that are necessary for the correct development of the activity
- Align the company with industry best practices, benchmarking wages and exchanging ideas that resolved labour law issues
- Oversee directly multiple departments and areas of responsibility: Operations, Finance, Legal, Growth, Operations, Brand, Tech, etc.
- Get into details, deepdive and problem solve. You will make things happen together with your team
- Balance execution and strategy (zoom in-zoom out)

Requisitos

- 3-6 years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups; e-commerce...)
- Experience leading people cross functional team and have hired/worked with team
- Led negotiations contracts, legal documents, and you're comfortable of building relationships with senior managers
- Worked with the main human resources software for the integrated management of people within the organisation
- Worked with ATS for the efficient centralisation of recruitment processes and their integrated management
- You’re an expert on managing stakeholders, working with peers and leveraging other teams aspiring to do what’s best for the company
- Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgment when necessary
- You ensure the highest standards for you and your team with the deliverables and business objective
- You have an ambition and energy that makes some people think you're crazy while inspiring others
- Languages: Spanish (C2); English (B2/C1); Catalan (is a plus)
