From MC Headhunting we are looking for a CFO, for a company in the field of the circular economy:.

Functions:

- Drive the company’s finance planning
- Support the Management in the construction of strategic business plans
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risk
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- International treasury & tax projects
- Secure loans and financing options with international banks, improving company’s cash position
- Lead the process of designing and building the financial structure and optimum business model to support our client’s international expansion plans
- Lead the negotiation with financial institutions to ensure the financing of the company
- Business partner for leadership and shareholders
- FP&A (reporting, forecast, budget, strategic plan)
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans together with the Board of Directors
- Full ownership of the company's business plan and budget development
- Develop a cash flow projection process and reporting to ensure adequate capital for operating needs
- Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports and governmental agency reports
- Monitor the spending budget and income
- Direct the budget policy, its monitoring in the departments and take corrective actions when necessary
- Carry out and present the reporting of results to the different stakeholders
- Carry out the economic financial, accounting and business evolution ratios analysis
- Assess financial risks and opportunities, develop risk management plan
- Reviewing financial results to devise solutions or improvements
- Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth
- Development and optimization of the department's processes

Requisitos


- MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field
- +10 years’ experience in corporate finance, leading sophisticated corporate organizations with multiple subsidiaries and operating internationally in several currencies
- Proven track record in international expansion, fundraising (Public and Private), Equity and debt refinancing and M&A
- Proven strategic thinker and problem solver when it comes to competitive strategy, business models and resource allocation
- Skilled in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to lead teams in building complex models
- Fluent English and Spanish
