Architecture and design studio with a strong track record on the island of Ibiza and lots of international clients is looking to incorporate a landscape architect into its team.
The landscape architect will be responsible for the planning, creative design, and construction of open spaces as part of the natural and human system, with a sustainable, inclusive approach in line with the cultural values of the surroundings.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance theories and methodologies to advise on landscape architecture-related policies.

• Compile data on geographic and ecological aspects, visual features, and human-made structures, formulating recommendations for land use and development, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.

• Inspect territories and open spaces to advise administrations and clients on the type, style, and dimensions of parks, roads, constructions, etc.

• Prepare and structure data, strategic plans, technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for development projects, showcasing the location and details of the proposal, including earth movements, structures, vegetation, and access points.

• Define and document protocols and specifications, creating contractual documents usable by builders and civil engineers, and coordinating bids on behalf of clients.

• Establish and maintain necessary relationships to ensure the feasibility of projects concerning style, costs, schedule, and integration within the regulatory framework. Also, maintain technical and consulting relationships with other relevant specialists.

• Identify the best solutions for challenges related to the function and quality of outdoor environments, working with sketches, designs, drawings, and necessary plans.

• Supervise construction and/or rehabilitation work, ensuring compliance with established mandatory specifications and quality standards.
