The successful applicant will prove themselves to be an exceptional communicator, and negotiator, demonstrating confidence, and passion as well as excellent relationship building skills with a knowledge of Recruitment and Outsourcing Services.

Key responsibilities:
- Business development and establishes new accounts.
- Negotiation of collaboration agreements with potential clients.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
- Setting the agenda of visiting clients.
- Optimising and making existing agreements profitable.
- Managing the recruitment and outsourcing services with clients, supporting their projects and carrying out continuous monitoring to guarantee the quality of the service, both for the employee and for the client.

Requisitos

Successful candidates will also demonstrate the following skills:
- Academic history related to the area of Sales. Engineering degree or equivalent is valuable.
- At least 4 years experience in sales with a proven track record in the promotion and sales of Recruitment and Outsourcing Services.
- Develop the account sales strategy and execute effectively.
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry market to target potential clients.
- Commercial awareness/understanding.
- Very good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop & maintain relationships.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in a customer facing role.
- A willingness and availability to travel.
