Prestige Properties, a leading agency in Ibiza specializing in real estate rentals and asset management, is SEEKING a candidate to join its office for the position of Marketing and Customer Service Assistant.
The ideal candidate should be methodical, possess strong computer skills, and work closely with Management.

Main Responsibilities:
- Reception Management: Greet and assist clients upon entry, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
- Telephone Communication: Handle incoming calls professionally, directing client inquiries appropriately.
- Potential Client Requests Management: Manage client requests, maintain and update client information using CRM systems and Excel and Power BI spreadsheets.
- Marketing Support: Assist with various marketing tasks, including content creation, design, translations, and more.
- Website Maintenance: Use WordPress to update and maintain our website.
- Client Feedback: Collect and process client feedback through forms and surveys.
- Report Creation: Assist in creating periodic company reports and other administrative tasks.

Requisitos

- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, along with proficiency in an additional language.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Outlook. Knowledge of Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom) is an added advantage.
- A stable living situation in Ibiza is required.
