We are seeking a professional House Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of a high-end private residence in Ibiza.
The ideal candidate will be discreet, organized, and have previous experience managing luxury households. They will be responsible for supervising domestic staff, coordinating the overall maintenance of the property, and ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining a welcoming and high-standard environment.

Responsibilities:

Management and supervision of domestic staff (cleaning, cooking, gardening, maintenance, etc.).
Coordination of purchases, suppliers, and external services.
Oversight of the general condition of the house and organization of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Support in organizing events and the stays of the owners and their guests.
Inventory control, household supplies, and purchases.
Management of the household budget and periodic expense reporting.
