We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Director to lead the F&B operations of a 5-star hotel’s premium beachfront destinations.
This role is much more than a leadership position: it is an opportunity to shape the essence of a lifestyle-focused hospitality brand, blending beach culture, high-level gastronomy, and memorable events.
As a member of the management team and strategic partner for operational and financial areas, you will be the driving force behind concept innovation, operational excellence, team culture, and guest experiences that truly make a difference.
Responsibilities
Define the Vision:
Set the direction for the beach clubs, establishing the tone, atmosphere, and standards, always seeking what’s next in lifestyle hospitality and F&B excellence.
Oversee the F&B Experience:
Supervise daily food and beverage operations across multiple high-energy venues. Ensure impeccable service, culinary excellence, and magnetic guest experiences.
Organize Culinary Events:
Coordinate and oversee a calendar of high-impact events—from beach parties and private functions to brand activations and wellness experiences—ensuring quality and creativity in the culinary offerings.
Focus on Details:
Collaborate on the creation of new concepts, renovations, and design improvements that elevate the visual and sensory appeal of each club, especially in F&B areas.
Optimize Management:
Take full responsibility for F&B budgets, cost control, and resource management. Continuously seek smart ways to improve performance without sacrificing quality.
Set Standards:
Drive a culture of excellence in hospitality, service, food & beverage, and guest care. Inspire pride in every detail.
Lead Teams:
Mentor department heads and motivate a large, diverse team. Foster a culture where people feel valued, empowered, and connected.
Spot Trends:
Stay ahead of global trends in lifestyle, design, and especially in food & beverage. Transform innovative ideas into experiences that keep the clubs relevant and fresh.
Develop Talent:
Promote continuous learning, team development, and professional growth, because great people create iconic places.
Requisitos
You have more than 5 years of experience leading F&B operations in beach clubs, resorts, or high-level lifestyle destinations.
You lead by example, inspiring action and energy both in meetings and in daily operations.
You combine strategic vision with practical execution.
You are passionate about hospitality in all its dimensions: service, gastronomy, design, music, and people.
You are confident managing budgets, forecasts, and margins.
You enjoy coaching, motivating, and leading teams.
Languages: English fluency required.
