We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join the leadership team of a newly opening lifestyle hotel in the heart of Madrid, part of a fast-growing international hotel group.

This strategic role will lead the full HR agenda, partnering closely with the General Manager and executive team to build a high-performance culture aligned with exceptional service standards and brand values.

Key Scope of the Role:

Define and execute the HR strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.

Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent development for all hotel departments.

Drive employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.

Ensure full compliance with Spanish labor law, health & safety, and internal policies.

Oversee compensation, benefits, HR reporting, and workforce analytics.

Manage the HR budget and support operational efficiency through data-driven decisions.
