We are seeking a strategic and analytical Cluster Director of Revenue Management to join the executive team of a newly opening lifestyle hotel in the heart of Madrid, part of a fast-growing international hospitality group.

This key leadership role will drive the hotel’s revenue strategy, optimizing pricing, inventory, and distribution to maximize performance while ensuring alignment with brand standards and ownership objectives. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial success of a flagship lifestyle opening in one of Europe’s most competitive hospitality markets. It will also be responsible for the revenue management of another property in Spain.

Key Scope of the Role:

Develop and execute the hotels' revenue management strategy, aligned with brand positioning and financial goals.

Lead pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all market segments.

Drive pre-opening and ramp-up revenue initiatives, including forecasting, demand calibration, and segmentation.

Monitor market trends, competitive performance, and demand patterns to optimize RevPAR, ADR, and market share.

Deliver accurate forecasts and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Lead regular revenue meetings and provide insights to the General Manager and commercial teams.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align pricing strategies with demand generation and guest experience.

Support annual budgeting and business planning processes.

Requisitos

Proven experience as a Director of Revenue Management or similar senior revenue role within luxury or lifestyle hospitality.

Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven, strategic mindset.

Experience in hotel openings, ramp-ups, or repositioning projects.

Strong knowledge of the Spanish hospitality market.

Excellent level of English (professional fluency required).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams.
