We are looking for Area General Manager for a relatively young company, which has its origins in Caribbean and concentrates on international resort business specially in All Inclusive High End Segment.

We are looking for a hands on mentality involved with the team and company motto, a motivated character and a meaningful personality.

We are searching for a self-motivated Country Manager to help with organization expansion in Greece and Cyprus. The Country Manager will lead all operations to ensure the profitability of the company's affiliate. Responsibilities include recruitment and training, writing budgets and reports, and assessing performance. Candidate should also be comfortable living in Greece and mooving on all over the resorts destinations.

To be successful as a Country Manager, ideal candidate should be a competent public speaker in greek and english and have good networking abilities. Outstanding candidates should be able to work without supervision and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.

Country Manager Responsibilities:
Liaising with EMEA Office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.
Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.
Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.
Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.
Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
Building professional relationships with staff, properties and clients.
Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.

Requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferably a Master's degree).Great passion for managing processes as well as the hospitality industry
High level of efficiency & sense of urgency
A real communication talent
Hands on mentality
Strategic thinker
Relevant professional experience in the hotel industry in main greek resorts destinations.
Great knowledge of all accounting principles and hotel administration
Postgraduate degree in Sales, Finance, or similar is also acceptable.
A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
The ability to provide excellent customer service.
Good people-management skills.
Experience living in Greece or Cyprus is huge advantageous.
Sensitivity to different cultural norms.
Good communication in Greek and English, written and verbal.
