We are looking for a Senior Director of F&B for a 5* property located in Oman, belonging to a Luxury International Hotel Chain.

Job Description:
Strategic business leader of the property’s F&B operation, including Restaurants, Bars, Room Service and Banquets, this position oversees the development and implementation of the F&B strategies. The position ensures the F&B operation meets the customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department.

Ideal profile:
The ideal candidate will provide at least 5 years as a Director od F&B of international experience in Luxury brands.
We are looking for a senior candidate, with experience both in gastronomic restaurants and in large resort operations with multiple F&B venues.
Experience in lifestyle properties is a plus.
