We are looking for a Responsible for coordinating and delivering support to the Area Directors of Marketing & Brand Experience of the EMEA area..

Act as a connecting bridge between the areas and the marketing community in Palma when needed to enable the successful execution in each region of the hotels marketing plans in alignment with the business objectives.

Develops and implements marketing strategies and action plans designed to achieve business objectives (Occ, ADR, GRI, etc) and leverages the provided resources to ensure the successful achievement of the hotels´ specific commercial and guest satisfaction targets as well as any other ancillary revenue streams such as bar, restaurant and spa revenues.

Manages all in-hotel messaging to guests across available platforms.

Liaises with key departmental leaders and teams to assist with developing and implementing marketing plans and goals.

Manages workflow to verify all in-house marketing messages/materials are on-strategy and within budget.

Main Duties:
Understand and utilize market intelligence tools and insights dept to formulate appropriate marketing optimization activities.

Work with regional and corporate Marketing Community colleagues to identify and capitalize on destination opportunities for the hotels.

Prepare and present regular property diagnostic sessions and marketing audits as coordinated by the regional/corporate function.
