ROLE:

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for executing the strategies defined by the business management, performing the following functions:

Establish the sales strategy of the products that Selectra has defined as potential by defining the necessary means of verticals such as Energy and Telecommunications and start the operation of new businesses such as Alarms or Insurance.
Manage and optimise leads, sales, as well as the management of the sales team.
Ensure Selectra's operational capacity in Portugal.
Ensure the correct implementation of the strategy defined by the business unit.
Establish the standard that will govern the different sales teams throughout the operation in Portugal, in terms of quality and compliance with company standards.
To ensure compliance with the company's values in all areas.
