Descripción del puesto de trabajo

We recruiting a General Manager for a 5* Hotel in Budapest.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Manage the hotel operations to achieve maximum guest service and profitability.
• Ensure the highest level of services possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner by adhering to guidelines and procedures.
• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments.



• Work closely with the hotel owners and stakeholders.



• Analyse systems and operational procedures. Evaluate and implement new systems as required.
• The budgets of the Hotel.
• Achieving goals established by the Board of Directors.
• Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting periodic inspections, investigating complaints, and initiating corrective action.
• Ensure guests are handled courteously and efficiently, complaints and problems are resolved and requests for service are carried through.
• Training of hotel team members in all aspects and responsibilities.
• Perform all other necessary duties as required towards the hotel profitability.
• Interact with guests for guest stay feedback and maintain high guest service scores.

Requisitos

At least 5 years of experience as General Manager or Hotel Manager.
English at proficiency level.
Previous experience in Hungary.
