From MC Headhunting we are looking for a Finance Manager for one of the leading companies in purchasing and processing stainless steel :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The finance manager is responsible for the establishment and management of the administration,
mainly back office functions and accounting. Besides his operational responsibilities in Spain, the
Finance and Administration Manager shall also be part of projects and tasks on group level.
Per below, the responsibilities in more detail.

Establish basic accounting and back office processes for a new operation with support from
Group Management, that includes the introduction of the Group’s ERP system and potential
amendments to suit local regulations
- Manage a small administration team and continuously improve the efficiency of the
administration processes;
- Ensure an accurate and reliable financial administration, including accounting and reporting,
debtor and creditor administration, periodic tax filings, cash management, salary administration
and various finance related administrations, are performed in an effective, reliable and timely
manner
- Coordinate the preparation and ensure reliability and integrity of all periodic internal and
external financial reporting of the operating entity;
- Ensure compliant local periodic tax filings as well as take part in the evaluation of tax related
questions;
- Coordinate the tasks in relation to the external financial audits, including the audit of the
financial statements and audits by other external bodies (environmental , other legal issues)
- Where appropriate, act as a contact person to external stakeholders, including advisors,
auditors, insurers and banks;
- Participate in group level finance projects and tasks, for instance in the area of budgeting,
reporting and financing.

Requisitos

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
 Gained first experience in finance or experienced administration manager in a small to midsized
company
 Ideally experiences in managing a team
 Not shy to perform some basic tasks (booking, payment preparation), especially during a startup
phase
 Experiences in managing representing an organization to external parties (banks etc)
 Pro-active business mentality and willingness to take ownership
 Experience with Standard ERP solutions (Navision, SAP) ideally as key user
 Business fluency in English
