We are looking for a Product & Brands Senior Analyst for its Transformations department. The Product & Brands Senior Analyst Will be responsable for the producto definition and concept design os a portfolio of hotels in te process of partial or total transformation

The ideal candidate should have:
Analytical person, oriented to results, highly motivated and with a deep interest in the hotel industry
Great negotiation skills and ability to achieve broad consensus
Ability to handle a large amount of information and inputs
Ability to prioritise tasks
Capacity to work in multidisciplinary teams
Capacity to work with tight deadlines
Previous experience in the hotel industry
Previous experience in hotel transformation processes will be valued
Previous experience in large vacational hotels and Food & Beverage will be valued
Minimum experience 10 years
Degree in hotel management or MBA specialized in the hotel industry
Good command of Spanish and English
Powerpoint domain, Word and Excel
Total availability to travel
