We are looking for an experienced PR & Communications Manager. This is what you’ll be doing in this role:
• Crafting strong key messages that reflect the hotels’ yearly objectives and working with the greater marketing & sales team to ensure their consistency across all platforms
• Planning, leading and implementing an overall PR & Communications strategy with budget across both properties in close collaboration with the hotels’ DOSM
• Day-to-day leading, inspiring and managing of partner agencies to deliver brilliant PR and influencer marketing plans that challenge notions of the brands and drive our messaging forward in creative, efficient ways
• Hosting and curating a top-notch experience for journalists and brand reps that ensure a seamless stay, converting them into loyal brand followers
• Supporting the marketing & sales teams in developing and editing original copy for press releases, social media, blog, newsletters, web, etc

You’ll also be responsible for:
• Developing and maintain ongoing relationships with members of the media
• Handling incoming media and photoshoot requests
• Supporting in effectively taking advantage of and developing brand partnerships
• Championing the brands’ ethos and philosophy by representing the hotels in events and functions

You are:
• A media-savvy professional with 3-5 years of experience in the hotel or luxury field with relevant educational experience in journalism/marketing/public relations or hospitality
• A strong writer with a sharp eye for detail
• Enthusiastic about telling stories and passionate about hospitality culture
• Creative and enjoy sharing your ideas with the team
• Responsible, guest-oriented, a resolute problem-solver, flexible and willing to adapt to new situations
• Great at planning and prioritizing
• A people-person and good at developing long-standing relationships
• A team player, open and willing to roll up your sleeves
