From MC Headhunting we are looking for a Commercial Director to lead a startup which is the innovation arm of a leading group in Spain:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute sales strategies in accordance with the company objectives in order to accelerate growth
• Elaborate a pricing and commercial incentives (redemption, discounts, co-investing, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationship with key decision-makers at third-party companies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
• Elaborate budget and commercial objectives by client and monitoring their performance (Sales Forecasting, budget in marketing, Product margin, PoS, etc)
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requisitos
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills in English
• Hands-on
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in the similar field or industry is a plus
• Must be able to travel occasionally
