JCI Talent Search is looking for an experienced and passionate Director of Operations to overall the operations of six resorts in Tanzania and Kenia, staff management and guest satisfaction. Will report directly to the General Manager of the group.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in Safari lodges or camps in Africa or working in boutique hotels in remote destinations.
The Director of Operations must have availability to travel frequently, a hands on operation focussed, team-leader and -player, leadership by training, and empathy with local collaborators and suppliers. An open minded personality with loving travelling spirit.
High level of English is required; Spanish and Italian will be a plus
