JCI talent is recruiting a Head Mixologist for a modern gastro lounge located in Bangkok, belonging to a leading lifestyle hospitality company.

Mission:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Head Mixologist will ensure effective management of the bar service and the bar team in an organized and planned format, while maintaining budget goals and agreed departmental standards. Will supervise and develop the bar service teams in all areas and consistently provide and develop efficient, enthusiastic, and exceptional service. As a mixologist, will
create innovative and high-quality cocktails that exceed guest expectations and keep up-to-date with the latest trends in mixology.
Key responsibilities:
Operation Management
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure complete satisfaction.
Regularly update drink menus with accurate information and minimal out-of-stock items.
Demonstrate passion, commitment, and a vibrant personality to motivate and exceed guest expectations.
Maintain grooming standards and uphold a professional image to guests and colleagues.
Evaluate and enhance bar standards regularly to improve the overall guest experience.
Train team members to deliver exceptional service and collaborate with front-of-house management to maintain consistent service.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
Communicate changes to outlet managers through efficient forms.
Manage beverage orders on a controlled weekly basis.
Enforce company policies regarding human resources and staff welfare.
Provide friendly and attentive customer service to all guests.
Productivity Management
Possess excellent product knowledge and stay updated with market trends.
Demonstrate strong supervisory skills and manage relationships with team members, guests, and partners.
Foster a professional and proactive working environment to inspire high commitment.
Set personal goals to improve business performance and train staff in suggesting or ordering beverages.
Participate in weekly F&B meetings related to HR and training.
Identify and rectify hazards and conditions that could pose risks to people or property.
Administration
Appraise, assess, and develop team members according to company guidelines.
Monitor and evaluate bar standards based on customer feedback and implement corrective action plans.
Efficiently plan labor resources to meet service standards.
Conduct daily inventory and maintain a beverage inventory and pull system.
Complete administrative duties competently and within given timeframes.
Follow emergency, health and safety, and fire procedures according to company guidelines.
Maintain correct beverage inventory levels and staff productivity in line with business needs and budget.
Manage costs of sale and operational costs within budget parameters.
Adhere to company purchase procedures and provide monthly stock takes as required.
Generate ideas to increase profitability through up-selling and promotions.
Promote sales awareness and opportunities within the department to maximize sales figures.
