Financial Assistant Director  5* Hotel Mallorca

Descripción del puesto de trabajo

JCI Talent is recruiting a Senior Financial Assistant Director for a 5* hotel belonging to an international company located in Mallorca.

Main Functions:
Leadership, supervision, and control of the following areas:

 Credits, income, and purchases.
 Accounting (including month-end closings, preparation of internal closing reports, annual accounts, and external auditing).
 Cost control.
 Preparation and monitoring of deviations in the monthly Cash Flow.
 Optimization/establishment of a management control system.
 Payroll and control/monitoring of personnel expenses.
 Annual and multi-year budget (5 years): Preparation, monitoring, and analysis of deviations.
 Taxes.
 Investment control: payments/accounting.
 Periodic reporting to owners and shareholders: budget updates and monthly information in the internal application.
 Ensure that profits and losses are accurately documented.

Team Leadership:
 Lead the team, clearly communicating strategic objectives and priorities, and motivating team members to achieve them.
 Regularly evaluate team members, setting individual improvement and development goals.

Compliance with Standards:
 Supervise internal, external, and regulatory audit processes.
 Ensure compliance with the department's standard operating procedures.

Requisitos

Education: University degree / Degree in Business Administration (ADE)
Experience: At least 5 years as a Financial Assistant Director.
Specific Knowledge:
 Knowledge of the complete accounting cycle of the company, mastery of the accounting plan.
 Tax declarations.
 Team leadership.
 Management control.
 Proficiency in Excel.
 Knowledge of accounting software.
 Proficiency in English.
