We are looking for an OTA Manager for a Hotel company based in Barcelona.
About the Role:
As an OTA Optimization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and maximizing profitability for our organization. You will be responsible for optimizing our sales performance across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, and others. Your focus will be on identifying and addressing pricing discrepancies, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance our overall OTA sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- OTA Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of our sales performance across different OTAs. Identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Pricing Optimization: Monitor and analyze pricing discrepancies between our direct channels and OTAs. Develop and implement strategies to ensure competitive pricing and maximize revenue.
- Rate Parity Management: Maintain rate parity across all distribution channels to prevent price disparities and protect our brand reputation.
- OTA Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key OTA contacts to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to gather and analyze relevant data. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards optimization goals. Contribute to develop Budgetary objectives and the definition of the commercial action plan for future seasons. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, pricing, and market share.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on OTA performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Team work: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives and French teams to be up to date in the different internal and external developments.
- Development: Identify potential new accounts to grow the business in the hotels of the portfolio.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in our OTA optimization strategies.
