¿Qué buscamos?

We are seeking a Head of Legal for a leading pharmaceutical company, offering a challenging opportunity to lead the legal department and oversee its operations, with a focus on international business and strategic legal advice in a dynamic industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate, commercial, and contractual law within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Legal department, including overseeing the lawyers and paralegals in the various areas of legal practice.
Collaborate closely with the commercial team and the Compliance department, providing legal support to ensure company activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of international contracts, including but not limited to collaboration agreements, business partnerships, and commercial arrangements.
Manage the legal aspects of corporate affairs, ensuring the company’s interests are protected in all business operations.
Act as the primary legal advisor to senior management, particularly in relation to international business strategies and contractual matters.
Oversee and ensure the implementation of internal procedures to maintain legal compliance, focusing on pharmaceutical regulations and industry-specific legislation.
Provide strategic and technical legal advice on business expansions, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate activities.


¿Qué te hace destacar?

Key Requirements:
Experience: At least 10-15 years of professional experience in legal roles within the pharmaceutical industry or related sectors, with a strong background in corporate law, international contracts, and commercial agreements.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven experience leading a legal team in a corporate setting.
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal advice and manage cross-functional business relationships.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of interacting with senior stakeholders and managing external legal counsel.
Education: Law degree (Master’s or equivalent qualifications are a plus).
