An international leader in the ventilation systems industry, with over 70 subsidiaries across the globe, is seeking to hire a Controller to strengthen its financial control and performance monitoring capabilities at corporate level.

Key Responsibilities:
●Oversee and coordinate the monthly closing and reporting process across all global subsidiaries.
●Consolidate and analyze financial statements, KPIs, and management reports at group level.
●Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across regions.
●Provide financial insight and variance analysis to senior management for strategic decision-making.
●Ensure compliance with group accounting policies (IFRS/local GAAP) and identify areas for improvement.
●Collaborate with internal and external auditors during annual and interim audits.
●Drive process improvements and digitalization of controlling tools and systems.

Requirements:
●3–5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Audit in a multinational environment.
●Solid knowledge of financial consolidation, reporting, and budgeting.
●Previous experience in a Big Four or in a global industrial/manufacturing group is highly valued.
-Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, or similar).
●Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP).
●Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
●Analytical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
