JCI Talent Search recruits for an international hotel chain based in Montenegro.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Hotel Manager, in order to be considered for the role, experience in a similar position and in the area (Montenegro, Serbia or Croatia) is required.

Local language like Montenegrin, Serbian or Croatian in a native/high level is essential.
English and German are preferable.

Main duties are:

1. To follow up the satisfaction to client results and on-line reputation according to the standards established by the central department.
2. To lead the different departments teams of the hotel.
3. To prepare annual budget.
4. To attend special visits and inspections.
5. To represent the hotel in presence of authorities.
6. To supervise the reception operational functioning.
7. To coordinate with the purchase department to ensure the appropriate supply of the hotel.
8. To ensure fixed ratios for the F&B department.
9. To coordinate all the hotel departments and ensure adequate service.
