Sales & Marketing Director for a Luxury Hotel

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and inspiring Sales & Marketing Director to lead the commercial vision of a vibrant luxury hotel located in Marbella.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue goals.
Build, mentor, and empower the commercial team, promoting a high-performance culture.
Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers to expand business opportunities.
Lead brand positioning efforts and digital marketing campaigns to strengthen market presence.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide pricing, packages, and promotional strategies.
Represent the resort in industry networking events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and attract new business.

Requisitos

Proven track record of at least 5 years in senior sales and marketing roles within luxury hospitality, ideally in resort settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications a plus.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Strong leadership presence, with experience in coaching teams and driving commercial performance.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and current industry trends.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical ability to make data-driven commercial decisions.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with key clients and partners.
