We are seeking an accomplished Director of Finance to join the executive team of a newly opening lifestyle hotel in the heart of Madrid, part of a fast-growing international hospitality group.

This strategic role will act as a key business partner to the General Manager and leadership team, driving financial performance, governance, and value creation while ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and operational efficiency in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Scope of the Role:

Lead the full finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Partner with the General Manager and department heads to drive financial strategy and performance optimization.

Develop and maintain robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Oversee audits, contracts, financial records, and asset protection.

Provide financial insights and reporting to ownership and senior stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with IT and procurement functions to support operational and digital finance initiatives.

Lead, train, and develop finance and management teams to strengthen financial acumen across the hotel.
