We are currently looking for a Senior Payroll & HR Manager to join the Barcelona office of the world’s fifth largest audit and advisory firm and actively contribute to its development project.
The firm supports both national and international clients by offering multidisciplinary, tailor-made services. You will join the Business Services Outsourcing international team, a multidisciplinary department providing advisory, accounting, payroll, tax and legal services, offering multilingual support to international companies developing their activity in Spain and globally.
Key Responsibilities
Autonomous full payroll management:
●Drafting employment contracts.
●Administrative personnel management (affiliations, deregistrations, sick leave management, end-of-contract settlements, etc.).
●Collecting and entering all payroll data from clients.
●Producing, reviewing and validating payslips.
●Preparing and filing social security contributions and taxes (monthly, quarterly and annual).
●Communicating with clients to assist them in payroll management and respond to HR-related queries.
●Supporting the HR consultant on all payroll-related matters (e.g., implementation of new insurance schemes, advising on legal minimum wages, collective bargaining agreements comparison, etc.).

Profile
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in payroll and personnel administration in Spain, ideally within a firm or HR services department.
Strong written and spoken command of Spanish, English and French.
High level of autonomy in full payroll cycle management.
Organized, versatile and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond efficiently to various requests.
Solid knowledge of A3 software (A3 Innuva).
