The selected person will run a new 4-star boutique hotel with an exceptional location in the city center, with 83 rooms, a convention room and a bar-restaurant.
Will manage a team in all operational areas that can offer clients an exclusive service and aligning practices with company policies.
MAIN TASKS
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
• Develop the client portfolio, proposing and promoting new commercial and marketing channels, as well as online reputation monitoring, as well as reviews and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses.
• Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
IDEAL PROFILE
• Educated to degree level in Tourism /Hospitality
• Leadership, a spirit of improvement, work capacity, enthusiastic and proactive.
• Languages: English and Dutch are a must and valuable knowledge of Spanish
• Valuable knowledge of SAP or other hotel management software.
• Experience as a Hotel Director in The Netherlands is a plus.
