Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic workforce planning
Lead talent, performance, and succession processes
Manage employee relations & advise managers
Support policy alignment and benefit programs
Promote culture, engagement & transformation
Use HR analytics for decision-making
Requisitos
What they’re looking for
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar.
✔️3–5 years of HRBP experience in imanufacturing plant (almost 2 years).
✔️ Talent, performance & workforce planning expertise
✔️ Strong employee relations management
✔️ Analytical mindset
✔️ Experience in culture & change initiatives
✔️ Fluency in English & Spanish
✔️ Pharma / industrial experience (a strong plus!)
