We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Commercial Director to lead the commercial strategy of a newly opening lifestyle hotel in the heart of Madrid, part of a fast-growing international hospitality group.

This senior leadership role will drive all aspects of sales, marketing, revenue generation, and brand positioning, acting as a key strategic partner to ownership and the executive team. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape the market entry and long-term commercial success of a flagship lifestyle concept in one of Spain’s most competitive hospitality markets.

Key Scope of the Role:

Define and execute the integrated commercial strategy, aligned with brand standards and business objectives.

Lead pre-opening and post-opening market positioning, account acquisition, and brand awareness initiatives.

Drive corporate, leisure, group, and lifestyle-driven revenue streams, including restaurant, private dining, and events.

Build and manage key strategic accounts and high-value partnerships at local, national, and international levels.

Oversee marketing, PR, digital strategy, and local activations to ensure strong brand visibility and relevance.

Lead, develop, and performance-manage sales and marketing teams, establishing clear KPIs and accountability.

Monitor commercial performance, market share, and revenue targets, adjusting strategy to optimize results.

Requisitos

Proven experience as a Commercial Director, Director of Sales & Marketing, or in a comparable senior leadership role within international or lifestyle hospitality.

Demonstrated success in hotel openings, re-positionings, or market entry projects.

Strong, hands-on sales leadership with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.

Excellent level of English (professional fluency required).

Strong knowledge of the Spanish luxury and lifestyle hospitality market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
