JCI is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Position Purpose:

To manage recruitment processes for specialized professionals, middle management, and executive-level positions, ensuring the identification, assessment, and attraction of the best talent for each project.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role definition through to candidate onboarding.
Design and implement tailored sourcing strategies for each position.
Conduct direct search and market mapping activities to identify qualified talent.
Carry out competency-based interviews and assess candidates’ technical qualifications and cultural fit.
Prepare candidate assessment reports and recommendations.
Manage and maintain an up-to-date candidate database.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor recruitment projects and keep internal management systems updated.
Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Analyze recruitment metrics and propose continuous improvements to selection processes.

Requisitos

University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, executive search, human resources consulting, or talent acquisition.
Proven experience in direct search and assessment of qualified professionals and executives.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
Highly organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
