POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a professional and trustworthy live-in couple to provide comprehensive care for a private villa in Ibiza during the season from May to October, with the possibility of year-round use of the accommodation within the estate.
The role entails direct responsibility for the smooth daily operation of the property, ensuring the highest standards of organisation, maintenance, hospitality, and overall wellbeing. Particular importance is placed on discretion, reliability, service orientation, and a genuine sense of care for the residence and its surroundings.
This is a refined private environment requiring initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs. The couple will play an essential role in maintaining a harmonious and well-managed home for the owners, their guests, and their pets (dogs and cats).

Duties
— Household & Culinary Responsible
Full household management and organisation
Daily cleaning and upkeep to high standards
Domestic coordination and structured task management
Daily cooking at a high domestic level, with the ability to prepare dishes from international cuisines including Asian, Italian, French, and Mediterranean traditions
Menu planning and grocery management
Attention to presentation and detail
General support according to household needs
Loving and responsible care of pets

Duties
— Maintenance, Estate & Driving Responsible
General maintenance and preservation of the property
Supervision of technical installations and execution of minor repairs
Support with gardening and outdoor areas, maintaining the aesthetics of the estate
Prompt resolution of operational and technical matters
Logistical and operational support according to the owners’ requirements
Continuous oversight of the overall condition of the villa
Assistance in the care of pets
Provision of driving and transfer services for owners and guests, including local transportation and airport transfers, with availability for variable shifts both during daytime and nighttime as required
Flexible availability aligned with the dynamics of a private residence

Compensation
Household & Culinary Responsible:
Gross monthly salary: €2,500
